General Policies

• Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in (E-Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport). PAN Card, school, and college IDs are not accepted.
• Couples below 21 years are not allowed.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The hotel reserves the right to take action for inappropriate behavior.
• Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• No smoking inside rooms. Please contact reception for designated smoking areas.
• Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed in public areas; inquire at the front desk for in-room policies.
• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged valuables.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• The hotel may refuse service or evict guests for non-payment, disturbance, or property damage.
• Refunds will be processed as per the hotel's guidelines.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
• For stays exceeding 7 nights, payments must be settled weekly.
• Check-in may be denied if guests fail to provide valid ID or in case of suspicious activity.
• Stay extensions are subject to room availability.
